Shark Meat Records signs agreement with Liquid Digital expanding it's digital delivery on to Walmart's music download service. SMR artists are expected to be available on the Walmart service by June 2006.

Shark Meat Records joins the American Association Of Independent Music (www.a2im.org). A2IM represents a broad coalition of 160+ independent music labels to
promote opportunities and enhance the market share of it's combined membership. A2IM urges government and businesses to support fair trade practices. In addition, A2IM acts as the leading edge for the exploration of new and innovative forms of music exposure and distribution.

Shark Meat Records releases are now available in the Apple iTunes Music Stores in Japan and Australia as Shark Meat expands global digital distribution.
